The Proposal Center's personnel have a long history of working together, and they are driven to advance the state of the art in proposal development sciences. Many have worked together for decades, beginning in the early 1990's with Pan American World Services, Inc. at Cape Canaveral. After hundreds of Government proposals, their skills are honed, their guts feel the deadline heat, and they have never missed a submittal. In winning 15 of their last 17 awarded, they have proven their commitment to their craft and to their continuous improvement ethic.
